The high-quality Pima cotton used for this collection originates from America, Peru and Australia and is considered one of the world’s finest cotton fibres. Its extra-long staple fibres – measuring approximately 33–38 mm – give the material exceptional softness, durability and colour brilliance. To preserve the fibre quality, Pima cotton is exclusively hand-picked.
The combing process is an important finishing technique applied to the raw fibres. During this process, short fibres are removed while long fibres are aligned, resulting in a smoother surface, more even yarn quality and increased durability.
