Arrive & Immerse Yourself

Your journey begins with your individual arrival in the Luberon. After checking in at Le Couvent des Minimes, a world of tranquillity and space opens up to you. Relax in the spa, by the pool or in the estate's extensive garden.

THE EVENING

In the evening, a culinary highlight awaits you:

an exclusive 7-course gourmet dinner at Le Feuillée restaurant, under the direction of chef Louis Gachet, awarded a Michelin star (2025).

‘Racines& Influences’ menu Includes wine pairing by renowned winemakers, water and hot drinks at the end of the meal.

– DAY 02 –

Private lavender experience in Valensole

Experience the lavender fields of Valensole on a private day trip at your own pace – with selected encounters, regional discoveries and a picnic in the heart of the fields, surrounded by colours, scents and the gentle atmosphere of Provence.

Schedule for the day (approx. 10:00–16:30 / 17:00):
