The period begins after receipt of this instruction in writing, but not before receipt of the goods to you as a customer or recipient. Excluded from this are goods that have been made to customer specifications or that were clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer, were not delivered by us or procured for the customer and do not come from our stock range. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the goods in good time.
