DeliveryWe currently deliver HANRO products within the European Union. Once you have entered your delivery address, you will be able to see which shipping partner will deliver your package and what the shipping costs will be. Overview of shipping costs:

You are welcome to return your HUBER products to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. --> You can find detailed instructions on how to return an item here. <-- Right of cancellationYou may cancel your contractual declaration within 14 days without stating reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods have been left to you before the deadline - also by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in writing, but not before receipt of the goods to you as a customer or recipient. Excluded from this are goods that have been made to customer specifications or that were clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer, were not delivered by us or procured for the customer and do not come from our stock range. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the goods in good time. The cancellation must be addressed to: Huber DIGITAL GmbH, Exerzierplatz 1, 6841 Mäder In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received on both sides and any benefits (e.g. interest) must be returned. If you as a customer cannot return the received goods or only partially or only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the value. However, compensation for the deterioration of the goods is only to be paid if the deterioration is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond the examination of the properties and functioning (such as testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store). In the event of cancellation, we are entitled to charge you for shipping, postage and handling. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your cancellation or the goods, for us with their receipt. Storage of the contract textWe store your order and the order data you have entered. As soon as we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation with all the details to the e-mail address you have provided. The contract is only concluded when an order confirmation is sent to you by e-mail or when the ordered goods are delivered.
By placing your order, you are making a binding offer to HUBER DIGITAL GmbH to conclude a contract with you. Once you have found the product you want, you can add it to your shopping basket without obligation by clicking on the [Add to basket] button. By clicking on the shopping basket at the top right of the shop or on the [Show basket] button, you can view the items in your shopping basket at any time without obligation. If you change your mind, you can delete items from your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the [Remove] field. If you want to purchase the products in your shopping basket, click on the [Checkout] button.
After clicking on [Checkout], the ordering process consists of three steps. In the first step, ‘Shipping,’ please enter your delivery address. We will send the order confirmation, shipping confirmation and, if desired, the invoice for your order to the email address provided here. In the second step, ‘Review and Payment’, select your preferred payment method and enter a different billing address, if applicable. In this step, you will also receive an order summary and can review, delete or change all details. You can also correct input errors by cancelling the order process and starting the order again from the beginning. You place your order by clicking on [Buy now] in the ‘Order overview’ step. In the third step, ‘Payment details’, enter the details corresponding to your chosen payment method. On the final confirmation page, we will inform you whether the payment transfer was successful.
You will then receive confirmation of receipt of your order by email. By sending a subsequent order confirmation, also by email, HUBER DIGITAL GmbH can accept the offer (your order) upon conclusion of the contract.
At hanro.com, you currently have the following automated payment options available: Klarna (purchase on account, instant bank transfer, instalment purchase), Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay and PayPal. We work with the payment service provider SAFERPAY to process payments and ensure the security of your payment. Payment is processed by our partner Klarna. Please note the payment information sent by Klarna. You can manage all your purchases via Klarna.com or the Klarna app and even pay with just one click. If there are any problems with delivery, use the ‘Report a problem’ function to pause payment and avoid reminders.
